What is galvanised square steel?
Galvanised square steel is a material that is commonly used for building. It is more supple and easier to work with than normal steel.
Galvanised square steel is regular steel which has been hot-dipped in a zinc coating, which provides protection to the mild steel. This process involves the steel being dipped in a 450-degree molten zinc bath, making it more corrosion resistant to rusting than ordinary steel.

Galvanising materials offers 3 way protection. A galvanised coating provides a physical barrier which is metallurgically bonded and prevents the underlying steel from being exposed to atmospheric conditions. This coating is highly durable and has an adhesive strength of up to seven times that of organic paint coatings.
Galvanised square steel became a popular "meme" on the internet as a TikTok channel started home designs using it, usually around the character called "Little John" who is usually in a difficult situation.
Little john has a pet eagle, and occasionly a wife, who seems to have birth problems, giving birth to sometimes millions of kids at a time.

Litte John has risked his life and freedom many times, even helping his Grandfather rob a bank, and sleeping on his eagle when he had to live in his 0.000001 square meter house (before he transformed it into a functional living space).
Now, back to galvanised square steel. Galvansied square steel can be made by dipping the required steel (S235 grade steel) into a bath of molten zinc, forming a metallurgical bond that results in a firm layer of pure zinc. The success of this method relies on a rigorous cleaning process, removing any impurities and ensuring an even zinc coating is produced.
DO NOT galvanise steel at your house! Do it ONLY in a suitable environment, where you have the right equipment, and only perform the process if you have the required skills to do so.
